The company’s presence in India goes back more than a decade when it was operating basically as a liaison office, as Institut Mérieux, then as Pasteur Mérieux Sérums & Vaccines (PMsv), Aventis Pasteur and now Sanofi Pasteur India Pvt. Ltd.
Sanofi Pasteur India Pvt Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of sanofi pasteur, with its registered office in Mumbai has been represented in India since 1997 through a legal entity created in early 1996 in New Delhi.
Sanofi pasteur’s endeavor in India has always been to be the first to introduce its innovative vaccines in India. Our activities in India are focused on core product franchises:
-Influenza franchise (seasonal and Pandemic Influenza)
-Travel & Endemic range (Rabies, Typhoid and Yellow fever)
-PPMH (Polio, Pertussis, Meningitis, Haemophillus Influenza and Pneumo)
Sanofi pasteur plays an active role in the immunization scene of India with a sales force present in all states of the country covering metro and non-metro cities thereby taking our reach to all sections of the population.
